My name is Beth and I am the work-at-home mom to two wonderful children- Molly (6) and Ian (2) - and the wife of a high-energy nucear physicist.  I am a 'retired' cosmetic chemist by profession, and though I still dabble in it a bit, providing custom formulations for small companies, my creativity has taken a different course. 

After several years of sewing and knitting for family, friends, and custom orders, I was ready to go public!  In March 2010, my store vision became reality.  Sweet Monkey Baby combines my passion for cloth diapering and a renewed interest in 'domestic arts' along with a comitment to conservation and high quality.   But most importantly, I strive to create things that are well made,  highly functional, and ADORABLE!
